  • Not at all! Dr. Angela will tailor the program specifically to what equipment you have access to and how much time you have each week to do the workouts. Everything is customized to you!

  • There will be videos and written instructions in the app for each exercise. If you still have questions, they will be address during the check-ins

  • All check ins will be done remotely via messaging in app. If you have questions on form, videos can be sent for review

  • At the moment yes. This program is only available to high school frisbee players!
